Yup. I’m white but also disabled, so tho I don’t share the same experiences as people of color I’ve had my fair share of performativeness and people getting jealous that I get “special treatment.” it fucking sucks and I wish I could hit people over the head

Also 100% agree. An unfortunate pattern I’ve noticed is that the majority of people trying to cancel groups don’t even stan them and are just trying to eliminate competition and validate their parasocial relationships
