Can I say this and y’all not jump me now. I’m SHOCKED that BTS still has black fans. How many more times are they gonna tell y’all that the don’t give a flying fuck about you before you stop supporting them? It’s actually getting pathetic.

well yes it is shocking but you could say that about every kpop group ever being ignorant, it’s one thing to be blatantly racist, and then another to just be ignorant and stupid.

How is it shocking when they do this over and over and over again? Also there’s a point where it stops being ignorance and it becomes deliberate insensitivity. If you’re deliberately not doing research and deliberately not caring about the feelings of black people you’re racist full stop. Other groups do maybe one or two things. BTS has literally been “ignorant” since they debuted and they still somehow haven’t “learned”? Yeah no I don’t believe that bs

You watched the videos did you not? You know the context around the time period and the setting so idk why you’re acting dense. And I’m not gonna hold your hand through it when you at least know what the situation is. If you don’t want to use your brain then that’s fine but don’t be mad that nobody is gonna spell out the issue for you

they don’t do it over and over again that’s why i said it could be shocking bc they haven’t done anything ignorant since like years ago and you could say this for every single group out there. and no im not defending them or anything but no one whitewashed howard university there’s black people on the campus and you can’t just determine it’s white washing from 2 clips out of the animation. there black people in the animation as well and they even disclaimed everything won’t be historically

accurate. there’s multiple black people in the animation, more than the white or other people in the animation. acting like bts themselves were in there animating with the artists like what. There wasn’t just black students at the hbcu, there was a mix. you guys don’t evn gaf about whitewashing fr.

RM has been using a blaccent his entire career, they’ve all said the n-word when they first debuted, V went live a couple years ago and said the n-word, Suga has been weird with his sample choices and his obsession with cults especially that one Jim Jones. Oh and let’s not forget V recoiling when that black girl hugged him on AHL…. And there’s TWO black people stood behind like 7 white people at an HBCU, since I’m assuming you don’t know what that is look it up. There shouldn’t be ANY white

like yes it is a historically black college. could there have just been black people in the animation? yes because it’s a historically black college but there is clearly a mix because not every student that goes to that or went to that school back then school was BLACK

People at an HBCU in this time period. That alone is whitewashing. And it doesn’t really matter what they claimed when they’re using the damn story as a concept. They’re using the fucking campus too are you actually ok??????

You literally cannot see any of their faces or features but ok! And even if that were true it doesn’t matter. There would have been ZERO white people at a HISTORICALLY BLACK college at this time period. And let’s not act like the connotation of putting them in the back isn’t there either. You can go to hell honestly
