It’s either make bruschetta or let my garden rot. I chose bruschetta. I’m literally drowning in tomatoes. God has given me 7 weeks of highly productive garden. I must make bruschetta and sauce, and tomato soup to prepare for the 7 weeks that follow! It’s what Joseph told me to do.
