Palestinians are Levantine and many genetic studies have shown that. They’ve also shown that Jews and Palestinians tend to cluster near each other.

The reform movement redefined what it means to be a Jew. They accept patrilineal Judaism (so long as you were raised Jewish), whereas Halacha states it is only matrilineal. So, many reform Jews are not halachically Jewish, but there are also still halachically Jewish reform Jews who are undisputedly Jewish
