Never be embarrassed of who you are and where you come from. That doesn’t mean agreeing with everyone who shares that background. Otherwise you are letting Jew haters win

you have no reason to be embarrassed you are Jewish, although I find myself embarrassed sometimes that people who say such things are also Jewish, there are a mix of people in every ethnicity and this kind of nonsense happens around virtually every ethnicity or religion at one point in history or another

One of the things I am very proud of wit Jewish culture is we have a rich cultural tradition of debate and dissent, your dissent from these people who have been trying to hyjack Jewishness, your dissent against those people is a part of our Jewish tradition and heritage. Stay strong, we are in a dark time but we have survived for thousands of years through many dark times, and we will get through this together
