i’m sephardi too. i was just politely correcting you that that’s how it’s spelled in english. i get you’re trying to mix how it sounds in hebrew with english and that’s all cool, but it is spelled sephardi in english.

English doesn’t use standardized spelling for Hebrew words, that’s why they spell Ḥannukah a billion different ways, for example
