It is so jarring to go online and see news channels cover the recent antisemitic terrorist attacks in the UK on social media just to see the comments supporting the attacks and denying concern.

It’s disgusting to see how casual people have become with antisemitism and violence against Jews.

Unfortunately, given the UK’s track record with this sort of thing, it’s horrific but unsurprising

The US unlimited support for Israel and demonization of pro Palestine protesters leads to idiotic teenage boys to conflate Judaism with Israel

No, but blatant misinformation and propaganda does change the zeitgeist to allow blatantly antisemitic sentiments that have been prevalent on more fringe parts the Internet to enter the mainstream

Imagine saying it’s okay to attack a mosque because of 9/11. Same energy.

People did attack mosques after 9/11, the same dumbasses who think muslims are terrorists think Jews rule the world and shit. We literally had attack ads against a Muslim running for mayor cause never forget 9/11

Islamophobia did increase since 911. I’m not denying that. But antisemitism has also been increasing with many using Israel as an excuse or justification for it.

Yeah anyone who justifies violence against a group of people because of an associated political event is a degenerate shit head. People saying violence against Jews is because of Israel are degenerate shit heads.

Well yeah of course it’s been rising, but it’s also not antisemitism to not like the state of Israel bombing 50k children and terraforming/stealing Palestinian homes and land

Israel’s actions is not justification to murder Jews in the diaspora. There are over 50 Arab Islamic ethnic states in MENA. They claim to represent Islam. Many of them are also violent dictatorships. That doesn’t make it justified to attack muslims abroad over it. Same goes for Israel and Jews.

Yeah I’m not saying it’s okay for people to kill American Jews that have nothing to do with Israel, I’m not justifying antisemitism or violence just stating that the increased violence is due to the fact that our home nations sending billions of dollars to murder babies, and some illiterate inbreds think that it’s due to Jews and not America being an evil colonial state

These attacks happened in they UK. It literally has nothing to do with the us or Israel. Just antisemitism and hate emboldened by myopic schmucks dead set on finding justification in Israel. The hate exists outside of Israel and the us. No matter how you excuse it.

I’ve been seeing people celebrate Jews being killed in UK. Or saying it’s their fault and they deserve it. Or asking if the killer is okay
