If you want to stop then I recommend blocking anyone who says anything ragebaity or antisemitic. Ive been blocking people and I haven’t been seeing any of the Israel talk recently except for some reaction quotes

It’s good you at least know it’s not productive, is there any way you can think of to redirect that impulse into something else? Like even just to you writing a little piece on it in a journal or word document instead of responding to a person directly?
