Unfortunately, when Israeli officials invoke our religion in pushing for their attacks, and claim that opposing them is opposing Judaism, they’re acting in our name That does not justify that being the first question someone asks, but it’s reasonable to have a topic of conversation be about it (and might be better for you too if you’re someone who’s not going to want to be with someone who holds that view
