I said they’re not interested in building a peaceful government, mostly the emphasis is on no interest in building a government. They’ve never seen a deal they didn’t want to wipe their asses with on their way to blow up a bus, because ever since its inception most of its leaders have been terrorists, not statesmen. They cooperate right now because they’re powerless not to.
