Your optical nerves that adjust your eyes to light are veeeerry close to the nerves in your nose that make you sneeze so for a lot of people they can affect each other

Eyes lmao. It’s the adjustment by your irises to the light that triggers a sneeze. Usually a lot of people sneeze when they look at the sun
