ok so basically if im gonna say "mcperky" then "percy" doesnt really work phonetically anymore so the k just clarifies the sound without losing any substance unless used in strange contexts that dont provide clues as to what it means

i can type two different letters, im not doing that because it looks stupid and its not worth changing it for it to look dumber and not even do the same job phonetically same thing with people not hyphenating spiderman. people dont hyphenate it. except that doesnt even change the pronunciation

When you type out mcperky it’s fine to spell it that way but if you’re just calling it a perc, spell it that way.
