How’d you meet them? If it was Tinder or hinge, that’s pretty much just how people on those platforms interact. They’ve lost touch with the fact that the other app users are human beings with thoughts and feelings. I’d recommend dropping that shit, because those platforms don’t deserves anybody’s engagement. Join a dance school or martial arts school or DnD club or something that you’re interested in, and meet people that way. If it wasn’t a dating app, then idk 🤷‍♂️ sorry
