1.5% of abortions are for conceptions caused by rape/incest. if you choose to allow those, you still have to deal with the remaining 98.5% of abortions (5.14 million in the past 5 years)

Explain how saving the mother is a problem? Abortions past the 1st trimester are exclusively for when problems occur, why do you think its a good idea to let the mother die when you can just abort this clump of cells fetus? this has nothing to do with the argument i’m presenting. but for what it’s worth, 10% of abortions happen past the first trimester. of those, 90% are preformed for “logistical/financial reasons.” so nearly 100,000 babies annually.

so to be clear, you’ve put more and more parameters on this argument (past first trimester, exclude cases of rape/incest/harm to mother) i understand where you’re coming from with these, even if i don’t agree with them. but the fact still remains. if you remove all of these, thousands of voluntary abortions are performed weekly in the US alone.
