no such detailed photographs of “foreign” planets are possible at our current level of technology, if at all. we only just got high resolution photos of Jupiter a few years ago. we can only determine the chemical composition of planets outside our solar system. what it actually looks like is anyone’s guess. so the planet may exist, but the odds it actually looks like this are slim to none. this is certainly just a rendering.

here’s a close up of Jupiter taken by NASA’s Juno probe back in 2024. this is a real image.

Yeah that was my point! Hate to rain on the parade but it’s not like they just spotted this thing in a corner of the sky where nobody thought to look before
