Always thought it was interesting. For guys being outward and intense is what matters (what with the competition for mates), but for women its being intentional and subtle that matters (competition for territory). Viewing this through an animal behavior lens obv

Also very funny to me is that a common issue for gay men is a lack of commitment but they dont usually have trouble “hooking up”. For lesbians its usually the opposite, with it being very hard to “hook up” and being TOO committed (u-haul lesbians)
