Thanks for sharing OP. Another big thing people miss is ligament strength. Ligaments is what holds muscle on the bone. Lifting weights doesn’t really target them. Isometric/static poses against gravy long enough does using muscular as tense rope when keeping a pose. Very beneficial and be kept even into the twilight years when it’s low impact.

Any thing along the lines of “👋 Hello. Do You mind if/when I verb ask You if You wanted to go to the gymnasium today?; I have a free guest pass.” has (a) better breakthrough than by telling/saying any body to look at a picture from the internet/ at a photo from the internet.
