Most notable democratic politicians were depicted as animals from the jungle including Mamdani as a hyena, or Whoopi Goldberg as a hippo. Could he have chosen a better way to depict the Obama? Yes. Was the video pretty distasteful? Yes. Does this single clip make DJT a racist despite everything he’s done for the black community? No.
