She was very clearly trying to drive AWAY from them. Watch the video. Stop taking everything Trump says at face value, he is an observably compulsive liar. All the time for the last 12 years he’s lied about shit that he didn’t even need to lie about, how do you not have an instinct to check what actually happened? There’s literal public video evidence.

Nobody was trying to RAM anyone. 2 officers were giving contradictory instructions; turn around and get out of the vehicle. Poor training or ignoring training; senior officer on scene typically gives commands. She was obviously trying to leave, in other words follow instructions. The shooter was perpendicular to the car when he fired. He was in no danger, objectively. Lil bro is new and poorly trained, he got scared and engaged his weapon before his brain.

watch the video. now a matching vid has been released that johnathan ross (the killer) filmed on his phone. it shows her not only being calm but also turning AWAY from him. also, if you watch the full video, you see him walk away completely calm after shooting her three times in the face. it's not alright to ram someone with your car - that's not a relavent statement though because she didn't even attempt to do so. she didn't even appear to attempt to do so.

This is a horrible argument. Just bc she turned away at the last second doesn’t excuse murderous intent. The agent’s life was in danger and he had every right under the law to defend himself Dig into the guy’s background some and you’d understand why he reacted the way he did. The driver fucked around and found out. Just bc you slowed down before you hit someone with your car doesn’t make it not a hit and run if you didn’t stop and wait for the police.

Yeah, it’s unfortunate the whole thing went the way it did, but you have to act with common sense and decency if you expect anyone with half a brain to sympathize with you. It’s one thing if she hit a patch of black ice (she didn’t). It’s another to CHARGE at someone in your car with the intent to kill. The ICE agent isn’t psychic. How was he supposed to know she changed her mind? Shooting the tires could have caused her to spin out into buildings or other ppl. Literally just use your brain

Now this is a very blatant attempt at rewriting what happened. If you watched the video, he told to step out of the car and she then hit the gas and hit him. That is still life-threatening, especially if he fell and she kept going
