If you’re drinking a lot of water, the reason you’re not losing could be water weight. Also (and I don’t say this to be preachy. I am a concerned peer), 500 calories daily is not enough fuel for your brain and organs to function. They will shut down if you don’t eat enough. And they will shut down before you lose the weight, because starvation works faster than weight loss. Do your research. It might differ for you personally, but most people need to eat 1200-2000 calories minimum daily.
I don’t know what your reasons are for losing weight. But if you’re doing it for health reasons, then it’s counterproductive to starve yourself to skinniness. You might end up skinny in the end, but you won’t be healthy. And I don’t mean “too thin”. I mean you will have detrimental, often permanent, health problems that often lead to an early death. Do your research. Prioritize your health. If you’re lost, consult a health professional.
Babe i say this in the nicest way possible, you are deteriorating your body by eating like that. 500kcal is not idea for literally anyone, not even toddlers. Because you’re starving urself, your body is holding onto the water. Your weight isn’t budging because of water retention You will get a better result if you eat 1400kcal. Eat greens, fiber, protein, carbs. Eat clean, drink lots of water, and workout. You’ll be happier and the results will be better
I swear I wasn’t trying to jump to random conclusions. In your original post you said that you were eating 500cal, walking 10k steps, drink lots of water, and said “what do you want me to do I can’t just automatically be skinny…”. So while you did later say you just have no appetite, your original post strongly implies that you are working toward weight loss. That being said, even if you have no appetite you should still strive to eat a certain amount of calories in a day.
