Do not do that. Yes it’ll work, but it sucks. Obviously you’re gonna lose weight if you don’t eat anything.

Consume literally nothing but water
Makes you lose a fuckload of weight, but not the healthiest thing to do. But, its good if you need to lose weight in a pinch
