As Gen Z myself I agree. I don’t know how you can still be conservative (and by that I mean MAGA “hate everyone but low key just the minorities” conservative) when I was a kid I genuinely thought as I got older they would all naturally just die out. Now I’m an adult myself and I see them all around me..

They said social progress. Churches don’t have to be anti-progress. Churches can be progressive just by respecting and coexisting with people that aren’t in said religion.

The actual main churches such as the Catholic and Orthodox churches exist based off tradition. I don’t really see them attacking more “progressive” people as I do vice versa.. god bless.

I think you might be in an echo chamber or something. There’s really plenty of both… it just depends where you are and who you’re listening too. I’m Christian myself and have known many to leave the church because of severe criticism of their political beliefs. I’ve even known people who were disowned.
