I agree…to a point. Its like a parabola. No thinking if it’s too hot, then it gets better and better as it cools, and then my focus tanks again bc…once i start shivering? Atp im instinctively thinking of food to store in the winter

at least when i’m cold i don’t get thirsty or sweaty. thirst and sweating and getting red makes everything worse. i can deal with shivering
