I am aware. Obviously a woman with breasts who will be affected by mammograms and hypersexualization of women’s bodies will be received better when making a joke about it than a man who isn’t affected by it and only benefits from it. Women commonly also feel much more comfortable joking about sex and expressing sexuality with other women than with men.

Some women finding it funny when a woman their age makes a sexualized joke doesn’t change any of the points I made. I still wouldn’t think it’s hilarious if I saw a woman make this joke, but I also wouldn’t feel uncomfortable and icked out. If some women found it funny and interacted, I’m not judging them for having fun and participating because joking about things at your own expense is fine but joking at others expense is not.
