There’s some truth to this in that male pornstars are usually pretty short (for this reason, it makes their dick look bigger proportionally). A 6’5 guy with 7” is visually less shocking than a 5’5 guy with a 7”. There’s no verifiable correlation between height and d size though in either direction. Ironically, *nose* size is one of the better indicators. Big schnoze big schlong, and such.
