Just bc everything is cheaper doesn’t inherently mean that that countries better. America is the richest country on the planet. Things are going to be less expensive in other countries

america being the richest country on the planet actually strengthens my point. we have the all the resources to do better, yet we pay the most for healthcare, higher education, and basic necessities than many poorer nations…

It doesn’t though. You pay more bc if you pay more you get a better service. Not paying for healthcare isn’t better, bc free healthcare is shit. Free education isn’t better too bc then everyone has to bear the load of someone getting an absolutely worthless degree that more than half the people that graduate from college don’t even use. I’m not saying things should be as expensive as they are, but this ain’t it.

You are right and wrong at the same time. Taxpayer funded things are worse because they are handled by the government which is always horribly inefficient. Things are expensive here because we have allowed it to become that way, we, the consumer have purchased in a way which has incentivized companies to charge more for the same items in other countries. ALSO, not everything is better. Other countries food for example is better tasting, more nutritious, less processed, and cheaper.

Nah I know for a fact #1 reported it. Yikyak has their standard filter but doesn’t review things unless reported. The type of person to make a bad faith argument is exactly the type of person to remove all oppositional comments.
