yeah there's certain things in the water that cause hair loss, hair dryness, skin dryness, acne breakouts

Minerals in the water dry out your skin & hair. If your hair feels more oily, it's the water. There's probably buildup from water and products on your scalp. Your clothes aren't as clean, either. Soap works better with softened water.
