As a former ra, 80% of us don’t care at all. We are just doing it for the free housing. As long as you keep your activities in your room ur good, also if you think we are chill just answer the door when we knock and we will tell you to just turn the music down a notch and move on

The only reason an RA might get pissed about this is if it’s out in the open— if it gets reported we’ll get asked why we didn’t do something about it. And we don’t want to lose our jobs because it’s likely how we can afford to live in housing
