Yes it is. Without us HEAL majors society would break down within a generation. No healthcare workers. No teachers. No building designers. No law makers/enforcers. Everything in society comes to a hault. STEM is equally as a thing as HEAL.

Mental health workers and social workers are excluded in STEM. Healthcare workers include mental health workers and social workers.
