Yes it is. Without us HEAL majors society would break down within a generation. No healthcare workers. No teachers. No building designers. No law makers/enforcers. Everything in society comes to a hault. STEM is equally as a thing as HEAL.

Mental health workers and social workers are excluded in STEM. Healthcare workers include mental health workers and social workers.

Psychiatry is STEM. Psychology and Social work are liberal arts. Your “HEAL” acronym doesn’t exist 😭

This is exactly why the HEAL acronym exists. HEAL is just as equally valid and important as STEM majors.
