
No it’s not. The Talmud is second only to the Bible and holds all Jewish law. The Torah is in reference to the first five books of the Bible. The Torah also INCLUDES the Talmud because the Talmud is also a religious teaching of the Jews. Torah is a broad term that refers to the written words by god(first five books of the Bible) and oral Torah or oral law(Talmud).
That’s just a biased take and if you have any sense then you’ll realize that. You have to look at population density and grouping, cults form where a religion is most prominent as people branch away to practice their own interpretation of it (which is almost always extremist). Take a look at FLDS.
