Great to have, awful to witness. I make my regular headlights halogen and my high beams LEDs. So I can see in the dark but also not blind the poor bastard in the other lane

I have astigmatism to the MAX and these cars make me want to drive into oncoming traffic 😭 one time in a rain storm at an intersection somebody BEHIND and INFRONT of me had them on.

Although I like not having to turn my brights on, on dark backroads because my led are already bright enough. It gets really annoying at the amount of people that flash their brights at me cause they think it’s my brights, and when I inform them that it’s not my brights they spam flash or get road rage. I don’t think they should necessarily be illegal but they shouldn’t come factory on vehicles.

The problem is the design most led light are on high beam mode all the time the only thing that makes it low beam is a little shutter that blocks part of the light beam from pointing high

One of the first things they teach you in driving school is what?… if someone’s headlights are too bright, keep your eyes on the yellow on the ground. Have myself to blame is crazy cause it’s not illegal, came factory so they would be blamed and I’m certainly not spending a few hundred dollars just because someone didn’t listen in driving school.

Lmao, IT CAME FACTORY… THEY HIT ME… they are at fault! I work as a mechanic while im in school, I hunt with a boat so my bed is never empty and I live in the south where mud is our pavement. Sorry you had to resort to insults to try to hurt my feelings. Didn’t work

LED’s are noticeably brighter, but they’re in projector housings that direct the light downward. You might have astigmatism or some other eye condition if they really bother you that much.
