i really don't care if it isn't fair, it's the truth. christians are the religious demographic that try to force their beliefs on others (and then turn around and lose their shit when a trans person exists across the country or some random they don't know in a different state wants an abortion) if you're a christian and you're not like that, i appreciate you, but you gotta understand why people see them that way

I promise most of us aren’t like this 😭 The issue is that the people like this get the most attention because they’re actually trying to get attention. Most people who know me probably don’t know I’m a Christian, because I don’t mention Christianity unless it’s relevant to a conversation I’m actively having. The Bible literally tells us not to shove religion down people’s throats.

People who use Christianity to spread hate are disgusting human beings. Using a religion whose whole theology is “love everyone” to spread hate is the most backwards thing conceivable, and I really hope and pray that those people actually understand the message of the Bible they claim to love so much some day.
