Her dying husband was endangering his family and infant child by getting involved in a criminal organization that ruined people’s lives. Also there was a point where he attempted to r*pe her and she had to shout no multiple times to get him to stop, AND she very clearly wanted to divorce him at the time of the “cheating”, but he refused the divorce
