I do this when I’m emphasizing the word I. Like if I’m being dramatic “I can’t believe he said that EYE did that”, since capitalizing the letter doesn’t have the safe affect

the sentence was “eye really want to (smth I don’t remember exactly what)” so like…. no emphasis to be found. and they used eye in place of i repeatedly in various contexts
