this.. is not the same thing. baby is not potentially committing eco terrorism, more apt would be the fact that there's insane restrictions to ADOPT but anyone can just have a baby

I get where you’re coming from in regards to the importance of ensuring children are raised in safe environments but there are serious ethical complications to this idea and many possible loopholes that could result in discrimination against certain communities. Think eugenics because that is basically what you’re arguing for

There needs to be screening or something to determine whether someone is fit to be a parent or not. Financially, emotionally, physically, etc

Idk if you noticed but children can be made by accident. Children can be made with ill intentions in mind for once they're born such as trafficking. Children can also still be abused in the adoption or foster system, but it is less likely due to the processes parents have to go through and routinely especially nowadays.

It can also help prevent children from growing up in homes that aren't fit to raise a child safely and properly.
