If you’re begging to be proposed to after a year of dating, propose to your bf yourself and see how he really feels about you lmao

i know “when you know you know” but truly some of you are blinded by love regardless of if your partner is a good person PLEASE remember that there is always time to start over and it is NEVER EVER EVER too late to find the right husband or wife. buy fake rings and say you eloped if you have to but don’t do something that’s expensive to undo my loves

I know it only takes some people a year or even less than that.. but I think you should give a man 2 years or even longer depending on the circumstances. My bf and I have been together for only 6 months and if he asked, of course I’d say yes.. but I’d prefer that he waits until my final year of uni to propose. A man knows if you’re wife material very quickly, but give him some grace! If you have to beg, he doesn’t want to marry you.

My friend’s boyfriend won’t propose to her, and they’ve been dating for 10 years!

If you’re under 24 you’re too young to also do not beg anyone for anything!

Heavy on the fact that he will know almost immediately. My husband knew within months that he was going to propose, and even got the ring around that same time. He just chose to wait almost two years before he asked, and I was perfectly okay with that!

rumor has it my man is saving for a ring rn.. he told me he needed to save money for a project but said he couldn’t tell me what it was hahah. but he knows that I want to wait a bit and we are good with waiting! who cares if i love him as a gf vs if i love him as a fiancée :)

And that’s exactly it! Just because the title changes doesn’t mean you love them any more or less. I think a lot of people can get caught up with the husband/wife title or play the comparison game.

I don’t know. I don’t think he wants to commit to her.

Hell I’m a man and I would rather wait 100 years for the right one compared to marrying someone this instant
