
I meant why are you posting this take? The idea that queer or disabled people make their identities their whole personality is such a harmful narrative that I feel ultimately stems from intolerance of their right to freely express themselves, their differences, and their culture openly. You may know some people who you think are annoying about it but is it really worth feeding into that narrative?
Well I am bi but I'm definitely not what you think of when you think of someone "making it their whole personality", unless your definition of that is literally just anything but being closeted. I have never had an issue with other queer people being more "loud" about their queerness than me. It's great that they've found power in embracing what they used to be shunned for. Your post reeks of heteronormativity.
