No this is so valid. I assume that you’re following other traffic laws (like staying in the slower lane of traffic) if you are going the speed limit and it’s so valid to dislike people who will yell at you to speed up or honk or get aggressive

Yes, I guess it’s completely situational. Be in the slower lane of traffic, go with the flow (id everyone else is speeding you speed too, let people pass if they are on your ass, etc
