I agree I just wanted to point out that all birthdays are the same day every year unless you're specifically referring to leap year birthdays. Either way I think you are unreasonable and unrealistic for thinking people will pick their friends over family during the holidays. Even stranger that if someone did pick family holidays over your birthday you think it's a "bullshit, made up excuse" 😂

Nope u have 365 days a year. Plan & save accordingly. U can still plan celebrating their bday even after the holidays. But saying “o I can’t celebrate ur bday bc I’m with family Christmas” but don’t make no effort to celebrate afterwards but expect effort for ur day is insane & delusional. Overall a bad friend.

Read what I said and read it again. No one expects to be picked over family. However not making effort to celebrate ur own friends winter bday & using the holidays as an excuse to not celebrate afterwards is generally selfish behavior. Bc a real friend would make the effort to plan accordingly. Nobody asked to be born during the holidays & that’s not something they should sacrifice either.

Keep ur whataboutism to urself. I’m talking SPECIFICALLY about ppl who don’t celebrate their friends winter bday (& only winter bdays) bc they use the holidays as an excuse to not celebrate PERIOD.
