From an unbiased perspective, that seems like he doesn’t respect your choice when you say no. There’s a very distinct difference between a BOY and a MAN. This is it.

Without context, that guy sounds awful. (The only context here that could save him is if they were having sex and he just said it in the moment not thinking and he was unaware of her trauma)

The only reason I would i said that is because even in a hookup people spit out things like “i love you” just in the moment. I had hoped it was just a moment like that and not him pressuring you :/
