bc sometimes its a literal context like i wanna refer to the sex (woman is for adults and girl seems like its for children) I do the same when I say male. It seems weird to be insulted by a label that actually applies to you

Because most people use it as a noun when it’s meant to be used as an adjective yk. Saying “these females are something” instead of “my female professor.” It comes across as dehumanizing and you don’t see women as people

You both used it as a noun. Females just come across as you see them as lesser than. When using women it’s recognizing that they are people but if you plug in the rest and say something like “these women are bitches” it still comes across as demeaning. So it depends on what you say. Using females as a noun is demeaning and using women as a noun is not insulting. The only time using females is ok is when you’re using it as an adjective not as a noun

Ok so like we live in a society where men are highest point on a social hierarchy aka patriarchy. Women placed lower in the social hierarchy and face discrimination and belittlement often and daily. Just like in race white people wont face the social oppression that people of color go through on a daily basis because white people aren’t being discriminated against by the government, social life and media. If you disagree then this conversation can’t really go anywhere
