I had a roommate and she ALWAYS turned the heat up to 82 no matter what temp we had agreed on earlier. I couldn't break the lease without a major fee or repay what I owed, and subleasing was too risky so I just had to endure and nag her until she eventually payed more than me for the electricity bill. And the most common advice I got? "Go find a new roommate!"
