It could be both depending on the person, there’s a woman on TikTok with biracial children and her fetish is having babies not her actual kids but just babies and once her child isn’t a baby she has another. Thats a fetish of having kids. And those in poverty continue that cycle of poverty by having children knowing they can’t afford it. Condoms are free at planned parenthood, they will give them out.
