Yes you can, because the “human” is implied. Everyone understands that, and pretending not to is just pedantic. People don’t have to spell out every single byte of information they’re expressing to effectively communicate with (normal) people. It’s ok to abbreviate and truncate things when there’s no actual risk of confusion
