Kids that spit at people, leave their trash for others to pick up, pull “pranks,” blast music in libraries, and roughhouse to the point others get hurt need to be taught how to behave. None of that “boys will be boys,” or “kids will be kids.” If they’re old enough to be alone, they should be old enough to behave.
