Illegal drug possession shouldnt be a crime. Trafficking and selling should be crimes absolutely but the buyers and users need rehab not time in a jail cell

The war on drugs has failed and they should all be regulated and legalised, bringing tax revenue as much as rehab services for those in need.

That would hurt the private prison industry (legalized slavery) and the drug enforcement racket by LEOs far too much. Thats why some gangs/dealers/criminals get the pass outside of informants etc.

Plus job creation etc… i feel once they see that breaking the rest of the racket will be easier despite any three (CIA) letter agency interference
