i think if it’s a genuine accident then no but for sure road rage and people who are constantly in accidents. however, for the latter they should be able to reapply and do the whole process again after a period of time

If it was from natural circumstances like hydroplaning or something then they’re fine it wasn’t their fault but if you’re just being ignorant and not looking both ways before turning and causing wrecks then I think you don’t belong on the road for a bit

but accidents do happen and people make mistakes. it’s a normal human thing to forget to do something or slip up once in a while. it should be more of a strike system, like 3 strikes and youre out kind of thing ofc depending on the situation
