Majority of women do though. Like why are you hating on something that is associated with women? I would understand if it was loud eating or something but not liking lipstick on you….?

This person coulda worded it better for sure but I feel like it's okay for someone to not like lipstick on them for whatever reason? That's something to be solved with a healthy conversation with one's partner. Just like how women can have preferences about a guy's facial hair- if she doesn't like the rough feeling of it on her face while kissing, that's equally fair I feel like.
