There’s some nuance to this. Some people have a breeding kink in terms of impregnating ie making babies. Others just like #1 said enjoy the creampie aspect psychological and physical aspect of that without the consequences of impregnation; much like choking or breath play doesn’t mean that they would want be unconscious or dead from asphyxiation. And then there’s somewhere in the middle where the risk of impregnation in of itself is arousing in breeding kink.

It’s a kink: air play, choking, strangulation play, erotic asphyxiation, breath play are all the same thing. It’s when a person’s airflow or breathing is reduced typically choking by hands on the throat.
