Life. Look at CPR dummies, the models are almost entirely male. When there's an emergency situation, women are less likely to be given proper treatment because most good samaritans were not trained with female anatomy in mind. Sure hand placement is the same, but no one is desensitized to breasts being in the way. If female models were more regularly used, this issue would decrease significantly.
